E-mitra is an ambitious E-governance initiative of Government of Rajasthan which is being implemented in all 33 Districts of the state using Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model for convenience and transparency to citizens in availing various services of the Government and Private Sectors under a single roof at their door steps using an e- platform. The services are delivered via counters known as CSC (Common Service Centers) kiosks in Rural Areas and e-Mitra kiosks in urban areas and also online. Hence, these counters provide services related to various departments in an integrated and easily accessible manner to people residing in rural as well as urban areas. The project has been operational since Initially it was functioning through a Client Server based Application Software developed by Department of IT&C. In 2010, the old Client Server Application was migrated to Web-based on-line e-Mitra application across all the 33 districts.
We are the authorized service provider of eMitra working under Department of Information Technology and Communication of Government of Rajasthan. eMitra is an ambitious E-governance initiative of Government of Rajasthan (GoR) which is being implemented in all 33 Districts of the state using Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model for convenience and transparency to citizens in availing various services of the Government and Private Sectors under a single roof at their door steps using a single sign on portal. eMitra provides both G2C as well as B2C services to the state public at their door steps.
KIOSK is the counter through which the services are delivered to the customer. It can be present in any location and should be able to entertain the consumer in large numbers. Customer arrives at the Kiosk with the necessary documents Fills the form and details and attaches relevant documents Pays the required amount in cash and gets the receipt of payment The amount and the documents are transferred to the respective authorities The respective authorities process the payment and the documents, and send them back to the Kiosk. The consumer receives the digitally signed certificate or the document required.

Selling of Mobile and telephone, DTH and IPTV Connections. Enrollment and printing of E –Aadhaar Recharge of Mobile, DTH, IPTV Application and fee deposition for all recruitments of PSU and State Government. Application and fee deposition for all Government Universities and Colleges entrance exam.
Filling online application for various department services like Employment registration and renewal OPD Registration for SMS Hospital Jaipur Sale of the online ticket for Jaipur Zoo.
Data feeding for digitization for issuance digitally signed Birth and death certificate from kiosks New connection online file submission for PHED, Electricity at kiosk.
Deposition of different government dues/fee/taxes on emitra Online application for Renewal of different NOC and Licenses comes under collectorate and Police through emitra RTI fee and application online submission through kiosk Central Government departments services can deliver through kiosks.
Achariya has been working in the field of E-governance in Rajasthan since 2015, the first private player or Local Service Provider (LSP) to come with up such solutions. Achariya has 6000+ functioning Kiosks called “Emitra” in 33 districts of Rajasthan, Achariya currently offering 500+ G2C (Government to citizen) and B2C (Business to Citizen) services.
Achariya has almost 40% of the total revenue, and about 4 times the revenue share of its nearest competitor among the LSPs in the districts it is employed in. Due to transparency in the process at Achariya , it is the highest rated service provider by Department of IT&C Only LSP currently conducting training programmes and carrying out capacity building initiatives.
